Operations Manager

Responsibilities

  • Develop  new Courseware for Trade Courses and oversee the application and setup of new courses for NTUC LearningHub Pte Ltd
  • Course renewal audit preparations
  • Procurement of all training equipment and training materials from vendor and ensure all training equipment is regularly inspected in accordance to the requirement 
  • Liaising with potential customers and design tailor-made training packages for their workers, according to their individual training needs analysis
  • Managing a group of trainers
  • Handling Place and Train Projects for Low wage workers and PMET personnel
  • Prepare monthly training report and yearly budget planning

Requirements

  • Degree in Management and Business related field
  •  Experience in Training, Education and Development, Business Strategy and Operations Work
  • At least 5 years of working experience in the Training and Education industry.

 

Programme Executive

Responsibilities

As a Programme Executive,you will be responsible to plan courses through analyzing market trends & demands and work closely with training unit on trainer and course matters.

Experience in Training, Education and Development, Business Strategy and Operations Work

  • Plan courses through analyzing market trends and demands
  • Liaise with Sales teams on corporate class requests
  • Liaise with Trainers on class assignments and handling enquiries from them
  • Liaise with Training Unit on Trainers and Course matters
  • Prepare management reports on a daily / weekly / monthly basis
  • Liaise with Finance department on Trainer payment matters

 

Requirements

  • GCE ‘O’/ ‘A’ Levels or NITEC/Diploma in any discipline
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other IT applications
  • Must be willing to work in West area
  • Must be willing to work rotating shifts depending on business' needs

 

Workshop Safety Coordinator

Responsibilities

As a Workshop Safety Coordinator, you play a vital role as an in charge of all WSH practices in the workshop and ensuring that the workshop is managed in accordance to the various regulations. You will also be the key person in liaison with vendors on machinery replacement and maintenance.

  • Prepare, issue and stock take all WSH Practical course consumable items
  • Liaison with vendors to replace, maintain and re validation for all WSH practical course equipment
  • Coordinate rental of PPE for WSH related courses, inspect and replace faulty PPE
  • Assist Trainers in WSH Practical lesson as well as conducting invigilation
  • Keep track of centre fire equipment maintenance, expiry and replacement teams on corporate class requests

 

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE 'N' Level
  • Advance Certificate in WSH
  • Must be willing to work in West area
  • Must be willing to work rotating shifts depending on business' needs
  • Preferably with working experience dealing with WSH processes
