Job Description

Trainers Recruitment
• Assist in scheduling potential trainers for interview
• Work with CMD for preparing trainer’s contract
• Ensure trainers contract (hardcopy) are submitted to CMD and properly filed (softcopies)
• Submit new trainers to SSG for accreditation and arrange sit –in classes for new trainers

Trainers Management

  • Maintain trainers’ personal file
    • Update personal particulars, new certificates achieved
  • Training and development
    • Monitor and track the training result for each trainer
    • Support Training Manager in identifying training needs of each trainer
  • Performance management
    • Periodically review trainee’s evaluation on trainer, review and keep track of customer’s complaints, schedule Training Manager to sit-in trainer’s classes
  • Update trainers on new courses and curriculum
  • Administer and maintain the course review schedules
  • Assist Training Manager in assigning and monitoring of trainers on courseware development
  • Plan and organize the monthly/ quarterly trainers meeting.

Training/ Ops admin

  • Conduct the training evaluation for security classes
  • Conduct investigation for training evaluation less than 4
  • Clarify and key in assessment result to training management system

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in any discipline
  • Experience in course administration and training management preferred
  • At least 1-2 year of working experience in training industry
  • Experience in HR -Recruitment preferred
  • Familiar with skills connect will be an added advantage
