This course enables the WSH Coordinator or Supervisor to be equipped with the application skills to supervise at construction sites and construction-related environments.
Part 1 – Explain and interpret salient WSH legislations and other requirements relevant to construction industry
Part 2 – Describe the WSH duties and responsibilities of a supervisor in construction industry
Part 3 – Assist in safety and health planning and organisation at worksite
Part 4 – Identify WSH hazards, evaluate and control risks in construction industry in accordance with risk management process
Part 5 – Carry out WSH inspections in accordance with organisational inspection procedures
Part 6 – Conduct incident investigation and prepare report in accordance with legal requirements and other organisational requirements
Upon completion of the course and passing the examination, a Statement of Attainment (SOA) from SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) and a Safety Pass from NTUC LearningHub will be awarded to the trainee.
